What we source

Three categories, one method.

Each package is specified, quantified, compared and inspected before it ships — the same method, applied to every category.

01 — Surfaces

Marble and natural stone, mosaic, wall panelling and cladding, finishing materials.

02 — Furniture

Fixed and loose furniture — bespoke and specified pieces.

03 — Signature pieces

Internal staircases, chandeliers and lighting installations, artistic finishes.

Green quartzite flooring beside its cutting plan

Surfaces

Marble and natural stone · Mosaic · Wall panelling and cladding · Finishing materials

Stone is bought in lots, and a lot either matches or it doesn't. We produce the layouts and cutting plans, calculate the real quantity each area needs, and select blocks and slabs in person so the floor you approved on the sample is the floor that is laid.

Panelling, cladding and finishes follow the same discipline: one specification, one comparable price, one inspected delivery.

Furniture

Fixed and loose furniture · Bespoke and specified pieces

We work directly with manufacturers in Italy, Europe and Asia. Shop drawings and finishes are approved before production, prototypes are reviewed where a piece is new, and every item is checked at the factory before it is packed.

Signature pieces

Internal staircases · Chandeliers and lighting installations · Artistic finishes

The pieces a home is remembered for, and the ones most often compromised on site. We source the manufacturer or atelier, review mock-ups before production, and follow the piece from drawing to delivery.

Declared early. Weight, fixing points, structural loads and power for large installations are issued to the contractor before ceilings and walls close. Bespoke staircases and suspended pieces may need structural calculations and approvals, identified at specification stage.
