How we work

Six stages, in this order, on every package.

We work from the consultant's specifications. Nothing is ordered until you have seen the comparison and approved the choice.

  1. Consultant's specifications

We start from the specifications and drawings issued by your consultant or designer, and check them against the budget and the programme.

  2. Value engineering

We review materials, quantities and details to find savings that do not cost the design its intent, and present each alternative with what it changes.

  3. Supplier selection

Quarries, factories and ateliers we know and work with directly are chosen against the specification — not from a catalogue.

  4. Three quotations

At least three quotations from three different suppliers, normalised to the same specification and quantity, so they can actually be compared.

  5. Cost/benefit with you

We follow up with you on price, quality, lead time and risk, until you choose the most effective solution.

  6. Order and delivery

Order, production follow-up, inspection before shipment, logistics and delivery to site, sequenced to the programme.

Specialist installers

We introduce and brief installers experienced in the material, and hand over layouts and numbering so the work is fitted as it was selected.

Artisans and ateliers

For artistic finishes we specify the finish, source the atelier and the materials, and brief the artisans, who are engaged for the application.

We source and deliver the best solution.

Your consultant defines the design. We make it work within the budget: value engineered, compared across at least three suppliers, and delivered to site as specified.

Every quotation is shared with you and the decision is yours. Where we work alongside a contractor or introduce an installer, the roles and any commercial relationship between the parties are stated in writing before we start.
